Whew! The Exhibition is going very well - the weather has been quite kind really - sunshine and showers. When the venue is an RHS Gardens, the sunshine brings them to visit, and the rain sends them inside!!
Anyway this is my fourth piece, which I call The Copper Tree (for obvious reasons!) The pieced background was inspired by Kay Neilsen and the tree itself by Virginia Skerrett. Here is a closeup - the quilted background is more obvious here.
I also made a few postcards for the sales table.......
I think they have all been sold, so I'11 be off to make a few more, as I am 'on duty' again tomorrow!
Till next time ......

I love your dreamy magical postcards Val. Copper Tree is very different from the others but just as lovely. The background quilting is beautiful and I like the clever way you have manipulated the fabric for the branches. It sounds as if the exhibition is going very well.
Congratulations on the show's ongoing success. Love the tree and I'm not at all surprised that those beautiful cards sold out. Looks like you'll be burning the midnight oil.
Good luck with it all Val--let's hope you sell heaps.
I Love your Copper Tree! And it's no wonder those postcards sold out--they're wonderful. Congrats on the success of the show.
Your magical postcards are stunning, as is your copper tree. Good luck with the rest of the show
